About Me.
After studying Music at Durham University, I taught in schools for four years. Then after re-training as a Music Psychotherapist, I ran my own practice, combining my therapy work within many settings with that of a supervisor and occasional writer and lecturer. After having undergone further specialist training in Music and Imagery, I am now studying for an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. I currently work in private settings to promote mental health and wellbeing. In my spare time I practice yoga and sing locally.
